10 things women hate when dating

things women hate when dating

Dating can be fun and exciting, romantic, or it can be disastrous if you are an entitled ass and take your date for granted.

I’ll explore some of the common dislikes that women encounter when navigating the world of dating and relationships. In my opinion, these are simply commons sense rules anyone can abide by for a happy outcome.

         1.    Lack of Communication

One of the top grievances among women in the dating scene is a lack of communication from their partners. Whether it's failing to reply to messages in a timely manner or avoiding difficult conversations, poor communication can leave your date feeling ignored, undervalued, and uncertain about the status of their relationship.

2.    Disrespectful Behavior

Women often express frustration with partners who exhibit disrespectful behavior, such as belittling their opinions, disregarding their boundaries, or making derogatory comments. Respect is a foundational aspect of any healthy relationship, and disrespectful behavior can quickly sour the dating experience. Be respectful and good things will happen.

3.    Inconsistent Behavior

Another common issue is dealing with partners who are inconsistent or flaky in their actions and commitments. Whether it's canceling plans last minute, failing to follow through on promises, or sending mixed signals, inconsistency can lead to feelings of frustration and insecurity. Nobody likes a light headed, inconsiderate man.

4.    Pressure for Physical Intimacy

Women often dislike feeling pressured or rushed into physical intimacy before they're ready. Whether it's pushing for sex on the first date or making unwanted advances, if you fail to respect boundaries and consent, this can lead to uncomfortable and potentially unsafe situations.

5.    Lack of Effort or Thoughtfulness

Women appreciate partners who put effort into planning dates, showing thoughtfulness, and demonstrating genuine interest in getting to know them. Conversely, partners who are lazy, indifferent, or only interested in superficial interactions can be a major turn-off.

6.    Playing Games or Manipulative Behavior

Manipulative behavior, such as playing mind games, using guilt trips, or employing emotional manipulation tactics, is a major red flag. Trust and honesty are essential components of a healthy relationship, and manipulative behavior erodes the foundation of trust.

7.    Dishonesty or Deception

Women dislike partners who are dishonest or deceitful, whether it's lying about their intentions, hiding important aspects of their life, or engaging in infidelity. Trust is crucial in any relationship, and dishonesty undermines the trust and integrity of the partnership.

8.    Insensitive or Self-Centered Behavior

Women value partners who are empathetic, considerate, and attentive to their needs and feelings. Conversely, partners who are self-centered, insensitive, or dismissive of their emotions can create feelings of frustration and resentment. Dating advice: be sensitive - it doesn’t make you less of a person, it actually shows you are a decent person.

9.    Pressure for Perfection

Women often feel overwhelmed by societal pressures to meet unrealistic standards of beauty, success, and perfection in the dating world. Partners who contribute to this pressure by focusing excessively on appearance or achievements can exacerbate feelings of insecurity and inadequacy. Like her for what she is, don’t try to change her according to you weird standards.

10.Lack of Emotional Availability

Emotional intimacy and connection are essential components of a fulfilling relationship. Women dislike partners who are emotionally unavailable, closed off, or unwilling to engage in meaningful conversations about feelings and emotions.

In conclusion, the dating experience can be challenging, and we all often encounter behaviors and attitudes that may cloud satisfaction. By acknowledging and addressing these common dislikes, we can all work towards building healthier, more fulfilling relationships based on mutual respect, communication, and understanding. Common sense is often the best dating advice.

Happy dating!
